• Tour starts everyday so you only need to ask for availability if your travel date is 1 month before your booking date
• Extending your trip (stay longer in a city) is welcomed and we will book hotel and other tour for you!
• Upgrading to better services (hotel and tour) is welcomed and we will book hotel and other tour for you!
• Children policy: 0- 4 years old: 20% charge, 5 – 8 years old: 75% charges (shared bed), 5 – 8 years old: 85% charges (Private bed), 9 and above: 100% charge (Private bed)
• Itinerary can be changed upon the uncontrolled weather conditions
• We will change the hotel to similar level hotel if above hotel is in fully booking or under renovation
• Bring with you your passport for overnight registration on sites
• Warm cloths need to pack during Nov to Feb.
• Public Holiday dates and High season surcharge will be applied if your booking are on those times.
• Warm clothes, scarf, hat, cap because the weather in Sapa is pretty unpredictable. It is normally cold in September, October, November, December, January, February and March
• Due to altitude of Sapa, it is sometimes foggy in December, January, February and March.
• Trekking shoes, sun glasses, sun cream, insect repellent are also necessary. You should take cash with you in Vietnam Dong because banking system in Sapa sometimes doesn’t function well. US Dollar, Euro, Australia Dollar are accepted in Sapa.
• You should take medicine with you although there are some chemist’s shops in Sapa in case you get sick.
