Hanoi Highlights Day Tour

At the start of this morning itinerary, guests are encouraged to have breakfast at their hotel and prepare for the day's activities in the lobby or meeting points. Between 07:45 and 08:30, a guide will pick up guests for their first destination: Tran Quoc Pagoda, the oldest pagoda in Hanoi constructed during the 6th century. Following this, guests will visit the Ho Chi Minh complex where they can see the embalmed body of Ho Chi Minh and explore two houses he lived and worked in from 1954 to 1969. One Pillar Pagoda is the next stop, where visitors can worship the Goddess of Mercy and witness what is considered to be the most unique pagoda in the world.
Guests then have a choice between visiting the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays to learn about the cultural practices of 54 ethnic groups residing in Vietnam or Bat Trang ceramic village on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays to observe the locals' daily life and gain insight into the process of making a perfect product. Lunch is served at a restaurant with eight different Vietnamese dishes available to try.
After lunch, the tour continues with a visit to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam's very first university founded in the 11th century. The final destination is Hoan Kiem Lake to visit Ngoc Son Temple, honoring General Tran Hung Dao in the 13th century. The tour concludes at 16:15, and guests will be taken back to their hotel.
